Julia Raptis is a highly experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor, dedicated to supporting women’s health and wellbeing across all stages of life. With an extensive background across both public and private healthcare, she founded LVE Physio to provide accessible, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of women, offering both in-clinic and home visit consultations.

Julia’s approach has also been shaped by the unexpected loss of her mother and her own complex journey to motherhood, including experiences with stillbirth, birth trauma, high-risk pregnancies, and premature birth. These experiences underpin her commitment to creating a space where women feel safe, supported, and truly understood—regardless of their journey.

Julia has a special interest in supporting women throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery, particularly those navigating complex pregnancies, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma—bringing both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to her care. She remains committed to ongoing professional development and collaboration with senior colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care.

Her assessments are tailored to each individual and may include both internal and non-invasive options, such as real-time ultrasound imaging, allowing for a more comfortable and individualised approach to care. She incorporates Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and chronic pain management principles to deliver holistic, goal-oriented treatment.
