Cancellation policy:
As we are heavily booked and have an active waiting list, we kindly advise that appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend without notice (“no-show”), will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the consultation fee.
Please note that Private Health Insurance and Medicare rebates are not applicable to these fees.
