Na (Joy) Pan

BA (Hons), MPsych(Ed&Dev) 

Joy is a warm and friendly registered psychologist. She has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Degree with Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) in Melbourne, Australia. She is passionate about creating a trusting and secure place for clients to explore their difficulties, learn coping strategies and develop understanding and compassion for themselves.

Joy has worked with adolescents and adults in the public, private and school settings and helped clients presenting with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and interpersonal conflicts. Joy also has experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.

Joy takes a person-centred approach and uses techniques from various evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). She actively adjusts her approach and tailors the therapeutic space to meet the unique needs of each client.
Joy sees Medicare, WorkCover and private clients and can provide services in both English and Mandarin.

Joy will be available to provide care to patients at Port Melbourne Medical on:

  • Wednesday (11 am – 6 pm)
  • Every second Saturday (9 am – 1:30 pm)
